Disaster In Asda

So the other day I was telling you all how I

was enjoying being relaxed with the changes

I’m making to get myself and my body back on

track.

 

That’s still the case (I have no choice)

 

But next week the Metabolic Makeover cookbook

comes out and I am also going to start

implementing the 6 steps that we use on the

online programme.

 

You see yesterday I felt seriously pissed off

and frustrated.

 

I’m pissed off that I have no clothes that

fit me.

 

Even all my maternity clothes sit on my hips

so I can’t wear them cos of my scar.

 

Frustrated that I have to rely on other

people to help me out with stuff.

 

And then even more pissed off when a trip to

Asda to find something to wear left me

feeling fat and miserable as I looked back in

the dressing room mirror.

 

I’m probably being a bit dramatic but it didn’t

feel good.

 

The result was that I have spent half the day

crying.

 

Damn hormones I know.

 

But I need to take more action.

 

Gav is back at work next week so I’m getting

organized and taking back some control.

 

Don’t get me wrong I’m still taking it slow

but the online plan is great for getting my

brain back on side as we address emotional

eating and look at setting long term eating

habits.

 

It takes a deeper look into our relationship

with food and how to get a better handle on

it so that we can feel a little more in

control.

 

This is about better eating for life and

ditching the crash diets!

 

If you want to join me in getting back into

this coming Monday.

 

I will be skipping the workouts for now.

 

You can choose to include them or not, but

I’m sure you can’t wait to get your burpie

on!

 

The workouts are all online too so you don’t

even need to go anywhere to join in.

 

You can get your laptop out in the garden and

do them in the sunshine.
